Got a site built with COD? Add your event showcase!
DrupalCon Chicago was a joint effort between GVS and Palantir.net. GVS built the site with COD, and many improvements that were made to the DrupalCon site were contributed back to COD.
For example, there's a tabbed interface to separate the curated sessions from the community-proposed sessions, which get voted on by the community. Administrators get an extra views of the content to help see sessions that need publishing, their ratings, and more.
Visitors can filter the lists of sessions by Track, Skill level and keywords. On the session page itself, they can add the session to their personal schedule.

Neat! Drupalcon Chicago used COD?
I'm new to Drupal, and I didn't know Chicago Drupalcon used the COD distribution to set up their website. That is really fascinating! Do you happen to know any other resources that explain, in small or great detail, how the Chicago website was built, and what modules/plugins/customisations were utilised? Thank you.

GVS wrote a blog post after
GVS wrote a blog post after the site's initial launch, but more features, like the BoF scheduler have been written for COD as a result of this project. We'll have to come back and do a recap!
